We started sharing rayfish meatballs in a caper sauce starter. Not had rayfish before, therefore looking forward to tasting some different. My description of the starter would be mini fishcakes in sauce. My wife had the monkfish on black rice, which she really enjoyed. I had the fillet steak with sweet potato chips, pea puree, and jus. The fillet steak was a good size, which I asked to be cooked medium. In my opinion, the steak was cooked medium rare. The steak had been well rested, but the steak and the very very small amount of vegetables that came with it were just warm when served. Finished with the symphony of chocolate desert, which was nice. The service was fast, maybe a bit too fast. The meal was nice but, in my opinion, lacked any real wow factor.
